Introduction and Acceptance

4. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Account Suspension and Termination

322bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 322bd has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering or any other conduct contrary to the spirit of fair and honest play. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification is complete, provided no breach of these Terms is identified.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 322bd and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Privacy and Data Protection
